Tracking Information: Clarify whether tracking information is provided to customers and how they can access it. This helps customers monitor the progress of their orders.

Returns and Refunds: Outline the process for returns and refunds, including any conditions that must be met. Specify whether the customer should return the product directly to the supplier or to the dropshipper.
